I am trying to get the last small things on the MIP finished and needed a gear lever.

Took me three days (evenings) to make.

Total cost I estimate to be $5!

I made it from things I had laying around. I have used:

Made as a "closed unit" ready to mount.

The design is widely available on cockpit DIY pages.

Of course it does not feel nor sounds like a metal-build replica. But on the other hand there is a difference between $5 and $200.

I need some sort of wheel from my local DIY-shop. But apart from that I suits my needs for now.

Mounted it on the MIP to day and just need to interface it.
