I was in a bit of a crossroad should I continue mounting the ceiling and the eyebrow windows knowing that at some point I might have problems with fitting it on to the rest of the cupboard or should I hold here and make samples so that the entire structure would be a perfect fit.

I’ve chosen to be with the side walls and have started chopping up MDF and the base for the first of the site is now ready

The reason for this crossroad was the windowsill. I had to mount the windowsill on my OEM liners and in order to have the window sill fitted I needed a base on which the sill could have the correct angle. Hence the sidewalls.

My current sidewalls wasn’t in the correct dimensions that’s why I’ve chosen to go with a new set of sidewalls and wait a bit with the ceiling for the eyebrow windows and overhead
